Writing early in life, she eventually became Editor-in-Chief of the USC College of Law newsletter. Continuing her interest in communications, she became president of the Queen City Toastmasters Club, then chaired the District Convention in 2000. In 2003, she was Toastmasters District 75 PR Officer.
As president of the Cebu Lady Lawyers Association (CELLA), opportunities to host a radio program came, and later, the TV show, “Partners in Law” at the Cebu Catholic Television Network
With a certificate of the course on Best Practices in Events Management from the De La Salle University (in partnership with the George Washington University), she was consultant for, and joined committees, for local and national conventions.
Although a lawyer by profession, Gingging prefers helping people make positive impressions, rather than putting them on the witness stand.

Tess has an impressive portfolio tucked under her hat.
She brings into this venture over 15 years of sales and marketing experience, the last of which saw her as the Director of Sales for Cebu Midtown Hotel, a hotel that belongs to the Gokongwei group. She was also part of the pre-opening group of an uptown hotel along Archbishop Reyes Avenue which further honed and enhanced her skills in her chosen field of work.
Also recognized for her leadership, Tess was elected President of Midtown Toastmasters Club, and later held the position of Area Governor.
With her proven track record behind her, Tess now pours her experience into a new venture to develop corporate and individual public images.
LUDY DEMECILLO
Ludy (full name Ludy Vilma Demecillo) is a pint-sized powerhouse who now handles the marketing side of Biz Kids! She is an AB Mass Communications graduate of St. Theresa’s College.
Her naturally kind spirit led her to the insurance industry, and today she is the Division Head of one of the leading insurance companies in the country. Just recently, she attained one of her dreams: earning the MDRT (Million Dollar Round Table) award.
Ludy is also a sought-after event organizer, with a natural flair for making a dream wedding come true for brides and grooms.
